21 day challenge

"I am so thoroughly convinced that if we don't set goals in our life and learn how to master the technique of living to reach our goals, we can reach a ripe old age and look back on our life only to see that we reached but a small part of our full potential. When one learns to master the principle of setting a goal, he will then be able to make a great difference in the results he attains in this life." — M. Russell Ballard

I found this blog by Rhamona by reading Artsy Mama's site. A 21 day challenge to start a new habit or to create ad acheive a goal. I like it. I have done many of these before and they can really change your world...

A few years ago I made a new years resolution to live proactively rather than reactively. Living with purpose and intent vs. living as a reaction to all that happens around me. It has made my world a gentler and happy place. I get sidetracked at times and fall into the rhythm of reacting...It's the easy way but to live proactively means to take stock each morning and live to fulfill goals each day. That takes discipline patience and to love ourselves. Something most of us need help with.

So this 21 day challenge I will challenge to do Yoga everyday...specifically 5 sun sal a's and 5 sun sal b's, and journal creatively for the next 21 days. I was hoping to blog daily but have a trip planned on monday and will be gone for those 5 days.

I am participating in the resortation of the Stetson Mansion. Yes, the Stetson Hat guy. Here is a picture of the House when I saw it last. It is florida and I am off to help complete the interior. We are using only Adicolor products and have collected Artists all over the country.

Great ideas and best of luck on the restoration. It has to be an amazing house. I got to go in one of the old Studebaker homes a while back and was blown away.
