Land of OZ

I am just amazed at this world that I have found. Here I thought I was in the world only to find I haven't even begun to explore. I am Dorothy. Wonders around every corner. I have found women who share my love of art and handmade creations. I have found happy people who love their families and their friends.I can get so closed up in my world that I forget I am not as unique as I thought. There are others that love what we love and cherish the same values. That is comforting. Takes me from a lonely cold place to one of sunshine and warmth.Thank you Melanie by opening this world to me. From your first blog I have found art, and beauty and ATC's and books of inspiration to yoga and new foods and sights and sounds I have been hungering for. You left a little gold string at my feet. (In this case in my email) and some may have not noticed that it was a not just a string or a loose thread but a trail to wonderous sights. You have my eternal thanks because now my world is changed forever.

I hope this blog does that for others. I want to take that thread and lay it the feet of unsuspecting creatives and open their world as you have opened mine.This is my first ATC. I have since made 13 of them. I am a new woman.
