Some times not having a plan brings forth the best lessons. I wante to knit something today while watching the superbowl. I am new to knitting so only the simpliest designs I can complete. So I started this panel....I just cast on stiches until it looked about the width for a purse. That was all the plan I had. I knitted rows until it was about an inch or so. Now, it lookeds way too wide. So I decided to knit two together across the whole row...I made a ruffle! Surprise me! It is so cute. I can't wait to get this little purse made. May be in two years but today I had a Happy accident...It's what art is all about. You have my permission to proceed without a plan. You never know what may happen...
